Refund Policy:

• You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Applicable to items bought at full price or discounted by less than 20%.

Proof of Purchase:

• Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for smooth processing.

Condition of the Item:

• Items for refund should be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

Refund Process:

• Still Rise will issue the refund within 48 hours upon receiving the items.
• Refunds may take 5 to 7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times.
• Alternatively, you can opt for a voucher for a refund within 24 hours.

• Exchange is allowed within two weeks of purchase.

• Still Rise cannot ship two sizes simultaneously. If the size is incorrect, you can exchange it.
